The 22-year-old star found out today that police would not be taking any further action because there was not enough evidence.
Her spokeswoman said: 'We have been contacted by the police today who informed us there was insufficient evidence, they had no intention of speaking to Peaches, and the case had been closed.'
Vintage King claimed that the 1940s style dress went missing after Peaches visited the store in Camden Stables last week - an allegation the TV presenter strenuously denied.
But one thing she must accept is that her TV vehicle OMG! With Peaches Geldof has had nothing but negative press and poor ratings since it first aired two weeks ago.
It now appears her chances of a second series are receding fast.
More: OMG with Peaches Geldof is about the worst thing on TV
A source told the MailOnline: 'We do think that she appeals to our younger audience, but this show is really something of a flop.'
However, TV bosses claimed it was too early to make a decision.
An ITV spokesman said: 'We would never make a decision on a show this early.'
OMG! With Peaches Geldof has been widely panned by critics and Twitter fans alike, with our very own reviewer describing the show as 'an hour of sheer agony.'
But Peaches has found one unlikely supporter - Lily Allen.
The Smile singer Lily Allen claimed Peaches wasn't doing anyone harm and should be left alone.
A fan tweeted Lily saying: 'Lets hope that OMG show becomes 'canned Peaches' very soon... lol.[sic.].'
Lily hit back: 'You sound very bitter, give her a break. She's not hurting anyone. Why would you want that? You must be jealous.'
