Phoenix man named Jesus Llovera claims action movie figurine Steven Seagal, his pal Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio, and a heavily armed SWAT team ruthlessly shot to death his 11-month-old puppy - and 100 roosters - when they raided his home as part of the A&E reality show Steven Seagal Lawman.
Seagal has been deputized for the show, which tracks his and Arpaio's mission to have a good time busting bad guys.
Arpaio, who was at Llovera's house to arrest him on cockfighting charges, says there was no puppycide
