Dawn French and Lenny Henry granted 'quickie' divorce - Entertainment - NZ Herald News: "Dawn French and Lenny Henry have officially ended their 25-year marriage - the couple were divorced today on the grounds of his 'unreasonable behaviour'.
The comedy couple split in October 2009, but kept their separation under wraps until they finally announced it in April of this year.
The pair insisted the split was 'entirely amicable', and that they fully intend to maintain their close friendship.
French echoed that sentiment back in July, saying: 'Remarkably, we seem to have shifted with relative ease from a 25-year marriage to a lasting friendship.
'I am amazed by us - there is no war, we have turned out to be the best of friends.'"
