Alan Sugar forced to remove expenses tweet

What You See Is What You Get: My AutobiographyOn the second day of Lord Taylor's expenses fraud trial in January, the Apprentice star and Labour peer suggested that the accused may beat the charge because he is a Conservative.

Lord Alan Sugar got himself in hot water by tweeting about a legal case. (PA)
Lord Sugar commented to his 280,000 followers on the micro-blogging site: 'Lord Taylor Tory peer in court over alleged expense fiddle.
'Wonder if he'll get off as he is a Tory compared to Labour MP who was sent to jail.'
Mr Justice Saunders immediately ordered the tweet to be removed in case it prejudiced jurors involved with the case.
